Not sure where to even start

This person definately needs some BASIC photography classes.  And don't you think the homeowner might have taken the time to clean up just a little? Thanks to Dawn Sams for sending it my way!

Like my slippers?

To begin with this home theater kind of lame with the HUGE 19 inch tube television sitting on the floor. Also, I'm a HUGE Fox News fan but I think I could tear myself away for a few moments while my agent took photos.  Geez..what is it with people ??

You know you are poor when you draw a picture of a tv on your wall..

I have to thank one of my awesome clients for bringing this one to my attention..

A Home For Downhill Skiers and Skateboard Enthusiast!

I'm not sure exactly why this agent chose to post this particular view and then no interior photos?  Maybe their car wouldn't get up the driveway or they were too tired to walk up the hill?

I'm so busy I don't have time to move out of the photo

I think I could find the time to either wait until he was done or just ask him to move out of the way.  I considered blurring his face or putting a smiley over it but since it is on thousands of public real estate sites I just decided to leave it. - UPDATE: After careful consideration I decided to block out this gentlemans face with a smiley face. I cannot however be responsible for the thousands of real estate websites this photo will appear on as part of the listing distribution.

Check out this awesome closet!!

This was sent to me by Lisa Russell who is a Realtor and good friend of mine.  This was the PRIMARY and ONLY photo of this rental home.  Not only is it a bad photo but even the carpet is dirty!

Thanks Lisa For This Great Find !!  - www.LisaGetsItSold.com

I don't own a camera or cell phone..

This ultra lazy agent decided to use a google street view photo instead of taking a photo with their own camera or cellphone camera..The laziness compounds when you click on the link below the photo and see that the agent uploaded the same photo THREE TIMES!!! #fail
